Account Migration Timeline

Premier America Credit Union Membership Agreements and Disclosures sent to members along with information about account changes.

Week of
November 19, 2012

  • Premier America ATM cards and Debit MasterCards® will be mailed to members.
  • External Transfers will be disabled on November 23rd. November 26th is the last processing date for External Transfers.
  • Continue to use your Telesis ATM or debit card. It will work through Friday, November 30th at 3 p.m.
  • Activate your new card by Friday, November 30th.

Bill Pay within Telesis' Online Banking will be unavailable starting at 4:00 p.m.

Last day of operation for the Chatsworth-Winnetka Branch located at 9301 Winnetka Avenue. This branch will be merged with the Chatsworth-Prairie Branch located at 19867 Prairie Avenue.

There will be a short time where we must unavoidably limit some services in order to migrate account data.

Friday, November 30th marks the official beginning of account migration.

  • All Premier America branches will be closed on Saturday, December 1st. Shared branching will be unavailable as of 3:00 p.m. on November 30th and Saturday, December 1st.
  • Online Banking and Business Online Banking will be unavailable starting the evening of November 30th. Starting Monday, December 3rd, Internet Banking services will be available at www.premier.org.
  • Call-24 Telephone Banking will be unavailable starting the evening of November 30th. Starting Monday, December 3rd, Telephone Banking will be available at 800-772-4000.
  • Account access will be limited to your new Premier America ATM or debit or credit card from Friday evening, November 30th through the morning of Monday, December 3rd.
  • The Telephone Service Center will be available at 800-772-4000, Option 0, then Option 1, on Saturday, December 1st, from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and on Sunday, December 2nd, from 12:00 - 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
  • Normal account access will resume on Monday, December 3rd upon completion of account migration.

  • Shared branching will be available.
  • Telephone Service Center will be available at 800-772-4000, Option 0, Option 1, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
  • Telephone Banking will be available at 800-772-4000.
  • Online banking services will be available through Internet Banking at www.premier.org.
